Introduction:
LeighGraphix is owned, operated and managed by Creative Designer / Producer, Mari-Leigh Painter, aka Leigh. Taking care of each creation in its own unique approach, Leigh is determined to use her expertise to create your vision for your business and or branding needs. Each design/production challenge is a new adventure and Leigh is looking forward to taking care of your specific digital marketing and graphic design needs!

All initial communication will be done online via email. Further direct communication options are available.
Required Information:
The client, guarantees to LeighGraphix that any elements of media, copy, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, audio, video and/or other artwork, provided by the client, are either owned by the client or that the necessary permissions has been obtained. All agreed additional purchases will be for the clients account.
Creation Approval (design/production):
The client accepts all responsibility for any use of any design/media creation, eg printing, signage, social media sites and media, supplied by the client. LeighGraphix will not be liable or will not take responsibility for any losses incurred, errors and/or legal pursuit. Additional charges will be applicable post written approval of any design/media creations and will be invoiced per hourly rate.
Creation Ownership (design/production):
LeighGraphix reserves the right of ownershiip of all design/productions prior to full and final settlement by the client. All LeighGraphix designs/productions/media creations will be copyright protected. Once purchase has been completed, ownership of the design/production/media creation, will be transferred to the client.
Payment Terms:
LeighGraphix require payment of a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the design/production cost before commencement of any work is initiated. Once payment has been received, the initial design/production will be digitally sent within 7 working days. Final payment of the balance will be required before design/production are released. Payment terms is Ten (10) days from date of invoice. A two percent (2%) monthly service charge will be billed against overdue invoices/late payments.
Cancellation:
The client reserves the right to cancel any design/production with LeighGraphix and any design/production completed at this point will remain the copyrighted property of LeighGraphix. However, the 50% deposit fee is not refundable.
Complaints:
All complaints can be made directly to Leigh via email info@leighgraphix.com.
Limitation of Liability:
The client hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify LeighGraphix from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgements, including legal fees and costs, but only to the extent caused by, arising out of, the work supplied by LeighGraphix.
